actually its cause she had breast cancer apparently so her breast size went down and obvs being ill with disease made her slimmer ,so shes not anorexic.

I have had 34Cs ever since I can remember and I am very jelaous of girls with smaller breasts, I would like to not wear a bra sometimes.
People do realize she comes from a family that has a history of it, right? (look it up...Keira herself stated:"I’ve got a lot of experience with anorexia. It was in my family. My grandmother and my great-grandmother suffered from it, so I don’t think it’s anything to be taken lightly.") So, I'm not so sure I would just say, "oh she's just skinny and it has nothing to do with being anorexic." On a side note, anorexic or not, she's disgustingly too skinny. Has zero to do with boob size...she just isn't attractive that thin.
I read once in a magazine that she said "i really have like no boobs", so maybe that meant she's an AAA, AA or flat-chested but she's definitely not a size A.
Who cares anyway? Breasts aren't just about making a woman look beautiful, they're for feeding a newborn baby.
A lot of people just naturally are flat chested. It may not look like it in this picture, but Keira Knightley dresses great and it suits her small chest!
she is not anorexic but she is only slim and so perfect in my opinion!! boobs don't mean beautiful, she has more things, and for me she is very sexy and pretty with or without boobs, probably she is more beautiful of others who get 36b ;)

Im only a 32A so I look up to her because yea shes got small breasts but she doesn't let it get to her and shes proud of them, and to be honest she really has helped me get over the fact that im small chested and not care what other people think :)
