As others have said, she is small framed, standing at only 5'2 and being relatively slim for her height. I doubt she is a 36...if that is what she is wearing, than it probably isn't giving her enough support. I'd say she is a 34D or 32DD.

34D ≠ 36C. The former has bigger breasts (requiring bigger cups) on a smaller frame (requiring a smaller band). Because the band and cups are functionally different, they are not interchangeable.
cf1579: Noone said it was impossible for a 5'2" woman to be a 36, just that it seems unlikely for JLH in particular, given that she's relatively slim. If you're a 38 at 5'1" I'd say you have a much heavier frame than she does.
